Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Pobbo. Your license to the app itself is Apple's Standard End User License Agreement; these terms add the rules that are specific to Pobbo. By using Pobbo you agree to both.
Your account
You use Pobbo by signing in with Apple, and your buddy is saved to that account. You are responsible for your device and your Apple ID. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
Friends and names
Buddy names are seen by your friends. Don't use names that are hateful, harassing, sexual, or that impersonate someone. We may rename a buddy or remove an account that breaks this rule. Invite codes are for people you know; don't sell or publish them.
Purchases
- Payments, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms. Refund requests go to Apple.
- Pobbo+ Monthly and Yearly renew automatically until you cancel in Settings. If you cancel, you keep the parcels and albums you already received. Your friends stay in your list; without Pobbo+ you play with your closest friend, and the others are paused until Pobbo+ is back.
- Pobbo+ Lifetime is paid once and gives Pobbo+ for as long as Pobbo is offered. If you buy it while subscribed, cancel the subscription in Settings so it doesn't renew.
- Items, styles, themes, parcels and coins are licensed to you for use in Pobbo. They are not property and have no cash value. Coins can't be bought or exchanged for money.
Weather and notes
Weather comes from Apple Weather and can be wrong. Notes are friendly reminders, not professional advice, and health-related notes are not medical advice. Don't rely on Pobbo for safety decisions.
Content updates
We update Pobbo's content (items, holidays, text) over time and may change or retire features, while keeping what you already own whenever we reasonably can.
Disclaimers and liability
Pobbo is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pobbo in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is important, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect.

- Pobbo+ 终身只付一次，在 Pobbo 提供服务期间一直有效。如果购买时还在订阅，请在"设置"里取消订阅，以免继续续费。
- 物品、样式、主题、包裹和金币是授权你在 Pobbo 里使用的，不是财产，也没有现金价值。金币不能购买，也不能换成钱。
天气和留言
天气来自 Apple 天气，可能不准确。留言是友好的提醒，不是专业建议；和健康有关的留言也不是医疗建议。请不要依靠 Pobbo 做安全方面的决定。
内容更新
我们会持续更新 Pobbo 的内容（物品、节日、文字），也可能调整或停止某些功能；在合理可行的情况下，你已经拥有的东西都会保留。
免责与责任限制
Pobbo 按"现状"提供。在法律允许的范围内，我们不对间接或后果性损失负责，我们的总责任以你在索赔前 12 个月内为 Pobbo 支付的金额为限。这些条款不会限制你依照消费者保护法享有的、不能放弃的权利。
变更
我们可能会更新这些条款。重要的变更会在生效前在 App 里告诉你。
